Nancy Usiak is Vice-President of Equity Trading at Cabrera Capital Markets. She joined the Chicago based minority sell-side firm in August of 2005. Prior to that, she had spent 20 years on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX). She was a specialist in listed securities for most of this time. She became a floor broker in 2002, covering institutional accounts. During Ms. Usiak’s time on the floor of the CHX, she served on the Marketing Committee, the Minor Rules Committee, and chaired the Rules Committee.
Ms. Usiak is now serving her second term as Governor. During this time, she has served on the Trading Issues Committee, the Affiliate Liaison Committee, and as chairman of the Sponsorship Committee for STA’s annual conference. Ms. Usiak is a Past President of Security Traders Association of Chicago, where she has served on the Board for over 10 years.
